Your order is shipped trackable, with PostNord from Sweden. When your package has left Sweden it will be handed over to the courier in your own country. Shipping time will differ, depending on in which country you live. Normally our jewelry is made on demand, so you can count on 1-2 weeks for making your piece. Special orders will take 2-4 weeks to make.
After your package has shipped, we will send you a mail, with tracking number and tracking link.
We urge you to track your package, in case additional information is needed and your national or local courier contacts you.
Your piece is handmade on demand, just for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns. Should there be something really wrong with your jewelry piece, please contact us.
We don’t normally accept exchanges for the same reason that we don’t accept returns. But should you really want to exchange your piece for another one, you will have to contact us. And in case we accept an exchange you will of course have to pay for any extra costs and shipping.
You will receive a totally handmade jewelry piece, made in Sweden of 925 (or 935) sterling silver and strings played in concert by Steve Morse. Handmade means it might bear some small hammer- or hallmarks. This is normal, and your piece will be unique. We do put very much love and effort in our products. All designs are officially approved by Steve Morse.
